Shipping & Returns

Our prices are FOB Fenton MO. We generally will use customers' preferred carrier to ship products with freight collect. In the circumstance that a customer doesn't have preferred carrier and want to use pre-pay shipping method, we will use USPS, FedEx or USPS and the freight will be calculated through their website at the normal freight rate. 


Being a small distributor, we will only accept returns of defective items 10 days after of receipt of the product.  Or on a case by case basis of normally stocked items.
Steps for return:
1. Please e-mail or call 636-326-8006.  Please explain the situation and we will issue a return material authorization (RGA) number.  You may be asked to provide a detailed description or pictures to explain the nature of the defect.  Please have your original order number and quantity available. 

2. Send back defective products with clear marking outside of box showing RA#.
3. Once receive the return, we will issue the credit or replacement products with three business days. We reserve the right to deny the claim if the returned products don't match what have been described in the previous communication.
